Super Migrator copies between two GoHighLevel agencies open in the same browser. Follow the steps below in order — steps 2 and 3 are where almost everyone gets stuck, so read those carefully.
SM-).You don't log into HighLevel twice. You open two different web addresses in two tabs.
HighLevel only allows one login per web address. The trick is using two different addresses — your white-label URL and a second one — so both agencies stay logged in at once. One browser window. Two tabs. Two different URLs. Both already logged in — your source on the left, your destination on the right.
☝️ Same browser, two tabs — but notice the address bars are different: app.youragency.com and app.gohighlevel.com. That's the whole secret.
Add Super Migrator from the Chrome Web Store, then pin it to your toolbar (puzzle-piece icon → 📌) so it's one click away. Already installed? Skip ahead.
Go to your white-label URL (e.g. app.youragency.com) and log in. This is usually your source — the account you're copying from.
In a new tab in the same browser, open a different address — app.gohighlevel.com or a second white-label domain — and log into your destination agency. Different URL = both stay logged in.
Click the extension, paste the key from your email, and accept the terms. Nothing locks yet — you'll confirm your accounts in the next step.
Your first Copy asks you to confirm and lock the source account; your first Paste locks the destination. After that, just copy each asset, switch tabs, and paste.
If both tabs are on the same address, logging into the second one quietly logs you out of the first. Use two different addresses.
A browser keeps one login per web address. Open app.gohighlevel.com twice and the second login replaces the first. Using two different addresses (your white-label URL + another) gives you two separate logins side by side.
Use app.gohighlevel.com directly for one of the two agencies, and your white-label URL for the other. As long as the two tabs are on two different addresses, you're set.
No. The extension lives in one browser and passes the copied data between its own tabs. It can't reach a tab in a different browser — or even a different Chrome profile / incognito window. Keep both tabs in the same browser window.
Yes — on purpose, so you can't migrate to the wrong place by accident. Your first Copy locks the source account and your first Paste locks the destination. The extension shows you exactly which account it's about to lock and asks you to confirm.
That means the tab you're viewing isn't a logged-in GoHighLevel sub-account page. Switch to the correct tab (logged in, inside the sub-account), then click Copy or Paste again.
